Boughton's are great, I'd highly recommend them. We wanted a quick move to upsize and be in a new house by Christmas for the children (and space needed). All the team at Boughton's are incredibly friendly and speak on a personal level, not being pushy or salesman-like. They are responsive, aware of who all their customers are and what's happening, and were very patient with us as we viewed several properties, and also pushed hard to try and get viewings on ours. Once the sale and purchases were agreed, Boughton's continued to help a lot with updates, chasing solicitors and so on, helping to make the process much easier and more pleasant. From the first phonecall I made to moving into our dream home I cannot recommend the team at Boughtons highly enough. Chaneli initially showed us the property, she was warm and bubbly and instantly put us at ease. The viewing was fantastic, she knew the answers to every question we asked however equally gave us all the time and space we needed to get a feel for the property. From here our offer was accepted and Chaneli and Grace worked to progress the purchase to enable us to move as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond and I had full confidence that they were doing everything in their power to progress the purchase and I was kept continually updated and in the loop every step of the way.
