Between meeting Alison and Kirsty to look around various homes in the area, to choosing a house and working with the incomparable Chaneli to actually move in!At no point in the process was ANYTHING too much trouble for Chaneli, she kept her calm, even when I did not and she calmed the waters when others in the chain sought to upset them.Buying or selling, the industry needs more agents like Boughtons.Agents need to be more Kirsty, Alison and Chaneli because they keep sales going with open, frank communications at all times and people buy from people.Thank you team Boughtons - you smashed it!
