I cannot compliment Boughtons and their service enough.I knew from the first phone call that they were the estate agents I wanted to sell my house. It was such a friendly, fun dynamic and not the typical estate agent vibe!When Grace valued my house, she was really prepared and gave us some extra tips on how to have the house ready for sale. The photos and social media videos were amazing!Olivia held the main bulk of viewings for us. She was really kind and friendly. We had multiple viewings and offers within 2 weeks of the house being on the market!Grace dealt with the rest of the sale and gave us weekly updates. She was always there to answer a call and was quick on email responses.Although we were on Grace’s caseload, I was always impressed that the other ladies in the office knew who we were too. Such great customer service.I recommended Boughtons to a friend while ours was in the sale process and their house has sold too!I really cannot recommend Boughtons enough!

Hard working ladies who give everything to get a sale through, after a larger chain of agents mucked us about. Boughton said they would do the best they could to sell my mums house and they did,I would happily recommend them to any one selling a property just a group of hard working ladies doing what they said they would with in depth knowledge of the property market. Boughtons Estate Agents was a very different experience from other Estate Agents. They took conscious interest in me as the seller and their customers coming to them as buyers. They matched a buyer to the property I was selling without any fuss and throughout the process they remained proactive in communication, updates and offering advice if asked for. I did’nt have to chase them at any stage, which helped manage the stress of the whole aspect of selling. I am hugely grateful to them for being the supportive, confident and sensitive guide I was looking for in an Estate Agents.

We completed on our first home yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the service from Boughtons. All the girls have all been amazing throughout the whole process. First of all I would like to apologise for the lateness of this review, only took 4 months !!!I wish I could give Boughtons 6 stars !! They were amazing with our purchase from start to finish. It was a difficult road and almost at risk of collapse, but Grace and Chaneli went above and beyond their scope to help with so many issues. I would be confident in saying without them we wouldn’t have been able to complete.I don’t want to move again for the foreseeable future but if I did I would 100 % go with Boughtons.Kieran and Hannah

We decided on Boughtons as our selling agent when Grace came round to do the initial viewing and valuation of our house. We selected three potential agents to value and quote for us. Boughtons was in the middle of the three for the valuation, but at the top end on professionalism, keenness to market our house - and personality and relationship skills. Boughtons sold our house for a snip under our asking price after just four months and going into a quiet time of the year. Despite the quiet period, we had a lot of viewings and all were generally positive. The feedback and communication with chase ups to viewers was second to none. The whole experience of dealing with Grace and all the girls at Boughtons Brackley has been excellent - even enjoyable, which is hard to achieve in the occasional stressful moments of moving & selling a house!! All in all, I give Boughtons 10 out of 10 and thoroughly recommend them to anyone who’s thinking of selling their home in the Brackley area! Well Done and thank you Grace!

Boughton's are great, I'd highly recommend them. We wanted a quick move to upsize and be in a new house by Christmas for the children (and space needed). All the team at Boughton's are incredibly friendly and speak on a personal level, not being pushy or salesman-like. They are responsive, aware of who all their customers are and what's happening, and were very patient with us as we viewed several properties, and also pushed hard to try and get viewings on ours. Once the sale and purchases were agreed, Boughton's continued to help a lot with updates, chasing solicitors and so on, helping to make the process much easier and more pleasant.
